2) Prohibition Without Written Consent

You shall not engage in Automated Data Collection from the Platform without the prior express written consent of rthetapi io pvt ltd. Any unauthorized scraping, crawling, extraction, copying, monitoring, or harvesting of data is strictly prohibited.

If written permission is granted, such permission shall be limited, revocable, non-transferable & subject to strict compliance with these Terms & any additional conditions imposed by rthetapi io pvt ltd.

3) Permitted Use of Collected Data

Where express written permission has been granted:

• Data collected may only be used for the specific purpose explicitly approved in writing.

• Unless separately authorized, use shall be limited to lawful indexing or referencing for public search display purposes.

• No data collected through Automated Data Collection may be modified, republished, commercially exploited, or redistributed without prior written authorization.

4) Restrictions on Commercial Use & Transfer

You expressly agree that you will not:

• Sell, license, lease, or commercially exploit any data collected through Automated Data Collection.

• Transfer, share, publish, or distribute such data in aggregated, bulk, or derivative form.

• Use collected data to compete with, replicate, or otherwise undermine the services or business interests of rthetapi io pvt ltd.

• Combine collected data with other datasets to create profiles, analytics products, or derivative databases without written approval.

5) Revocation of Permission

rthetapi io pvt ltd reserves the absolute right to revoke any previously granted permission at any time, for any reason or no reason, upon written notice. Upon such revocation, you must immediately:

• Cease all Automated Data Collection activities.

• Stop all use of previously collected data.

• Permanently delete or destroy all collected data, including backups & derivative copies.

• Provide written certification confirming such deletion or destruction upon request.

6) Accountability & Reporting

Upon request by rthetapi io pvt ltd, you agree to provide a complete & accurate accounting of:

• The scope of data collected,

• The methods used to collect it,

• All uses & disclosures of such data,

within ten (10) days of receiving such request.

7) Technical & Security Compliance

You agree that you will not:

• Circumvent, bypass, disable, or interfere with any technical, security, authentication, rate-limiting, or anti-scraping measures implemented by rthetapi io pvt ltd.

• Violate or disregard any robots.txt files, robot exclusion headers, or similar access control mechanisms.

• Transfer or permit the use of any approved IP address or user-agent credentials to third parties without express written consent.

8) Enforcement & Remedies

Any violation of these Terms may result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to the Platform,

• Blocking of IP addresses or system access,

• Legal action, including claims for damages,

• Injunctive relief to prevent further violations.

You acknowledge that any breach or threatened breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to rthetapi io pvt ltd for which monetary damages may be insufficient. Accordingly, rthetapi io pvt ltd shall be entitled to seek temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctive relief without the requirement of posting bond or other security, in addition to any other remedies available under applicable law.

9) No Grant of Intellectual Property Rights

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any license, ownership right, or other intellectual property interest in the Platform, its content, databases, software, trademarks, or proprietary materials, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
